When we check your site it must be live and not direct to any type of under construction page. Otherwise your site will be disabled or your account may be terminated.

If you find that one or more of your URL's has been suspended and/or deleted, it is because it violated 1 or more of our terms. You may also have credits deducted from your account for violating our terms and/or you may have your account terminated without notice.

Only 1 account per person is permitted. There is absolutely no legitimate need for any 1 person to have more than 1 account.

If you're caught with more than 1 account, ALL OF YOUR ACCOUNTS WILL BE PERMANENTLY TERMINATED.

We allow free members to list up to 10 URL's for participation in our surf rotation. We reserve the right to refuse a URL for any reason, and/or limit the number of identical URL's you may list. You may upgrade your membership if you'd like to be able to list more than 10 URL's at a time.

If there is pop up windows at your site that is opening in a new window or disruptive to the surf rotation, your site will be disabled and your account may be terminated without notice.

Your site(s) must not have message boxes
We do not accept message boxes of any kind that do anything to cause a surfers computer or surfbar to crash or freeze. If there is message boxes at your site, it will be disabled, and if you repeatedly (more than once) try to add a site to the surf rotation that violates ANY OF OUR TERMS, your account will be permanently suspended and our affiliated traffic exchanges will also ban your site. FIRST TIME OFFENDERS MAY ALSO BE TERMINATED WITHOUT NOTICE.

You're sites cannot cause any nuisances, annoyances, sound, video, or any other issues that interfere with our clean surf rotation. Again, if your sites cause problems repeatedly, your account will be permanently suspended forever. You may have video and/or sound on your site, SO LONG AS IT DOES NOT AUTO PLAY. Displaying auto playing sound or video will result in your site being suspended and your account may be terminated.

Your site(s) must not contain inappropriate content of any kind, or be an adult site, racist site, promoting unlawful activities, etc. We do not accept sites/banners that contain any kind of adult material. IF WE KNOW OF ANY SITE TO BE TRANSMITTING FRAUDULANT AND/OR UNLAWFUL INFORMATION, WE MAY TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Your site(s) must not use site rotators of any kind. If your site(s) use a rotator, your account will be permanently suspended. Rotators = permanent termination of your account.

Your site(s) must not use URL or domain forwarding and any URL's you are promoting in our exchange must load in under 5 seconds. If you're web hosts server is too slow to load your site in under 5 seconds, you can go to WebHostingPI to find a new web host that will meet your sites needs. Your site may also be loading too slow because of the web design, and if this is the case you must take care of this before adding your site to our surf rotation.

Your account may be deleted if not used for 30 days or more.

You must surf at least once every 8 days in order to keep your sites active in our rotation.

Your account will be deleted if we can not send you emails If we can not send you emails, we will delete your account. This is done because we from time to time need to send you important information regarding your account, or offers from other members.

WE WILL NEVER SELL, RENT OR OTHERWISE DIVULGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO SPAMMERS OR OTHER MEMBERS. EVER. IF WE CANNOT REACH YOU VIA EMAIL YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE EMAIL FROM US, YOU MUST LOGIN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND DELETE IT.
